This class is for people who wants to maintain a strong back and for people with various types of back pain.
60 to 80% of us suffer from spinal problems. Yoga can help with some types of back pain, to improve function and provide less pain.
This class will focus on increasing blood circulation, especially alongside the spine, to provide oxygen & nutrients to injured and inflamed tissues.
